Discuss and learn more about mental health at the Wellbeing Day for Mental Health Awareness Week at Anglia Ruskin University (Lord Ashcroft Building, Bishop Hall Lane, Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 1SQ) on Thursday 11th May. Doors will be open to the public from 10am till 3pm.
Join us for a fact-filled day of stalls and workshops hosted by local charities and services including: Health in Mind, Mid and North Essex Mind, Headway, Provide, Age UK Essex, Rethink, Centre Supporting Voluntary Action, and Action for Family Carers and many more!
The event is being organised by Health in Mind (Mid Essex Improving Access to Psychological Therapies) in partnership with Mid and North Essex Mind and the Centre Supporting Voluntary Action. Health in Mind provides access to a wide range of talking therapy treatments for adults with common mental health problems. Health in Mind is part of Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust in partnership with Mid and North Essex Mind and is part of the national initiative Improving Access to Psychological Therapies.
Entry to the event and all workshops are FREE to attend and attendees will receive a free goodie bag (subject to availability).
Parking at the venue at the venue is very limited and it is requested that all visitors use the nearby public car park or the park and ride service. Alternatively, Anglia Ruskin University is a short distance from the town entre which has excellent rail and bus links. More details here.
